My passion in life is my family, friends, good food and real estate!
I’ve spent over half my life in real estate and other adjacent industries. In my early years in Hospitality, I found fulfillment in serving guests who travelled into Singapore for work or leisure.
Subsequently, I ventured into Property Management for more than 20 years, serving the homeowners and their tenants in the daily maintenance and managing of the Residential Properties in many districts. Having met many Real Estate Agents in my daily course of work made me realise how precious it is for an owner or tenant to find a responsible and sincere agent; one who cares about more than just a commission. Hence, I took my initial step 12 years ago to acquire the Real Estate License.

我对生活的热诚来至于我的家人，朋友，美食以及房地产物业！
我一生中有过半以上的时间是在房地产和其他相连的行业度过的。在我早年从事酒店业工作时，我为前往新加坡工作的人士或休闲的游客人们提供服务时而找到了满足感！
随后，我涉足物业管理领域超过19年，为房主及其租户服务，负责许多地区住宅物业的日常维护和管理。在日常工作中，我遇到了许多房地产经纪。这让我意识到如果业主或租户能找到一个负责任与真诚的经纪人，是一件多么珍贵的事情; 一个不仅仅只关心获取佣金的人。因此，我在12年前迈出了获得房地产许可证的第一步。
